Credit Union 1 Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Conduct Search for Chief Operating Officer
The Woodlands, Texas (November, 2017) – Credit Union 1 is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join members of their executive team at the credit union’s Lombard, Illinois location, a suburb just outside of Chicago.
The Chief Operating Officer will oversee branch operations, marketing and business development to meet the current and upcoming needs of their membership. Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will collaborate with the executive team to carry out the strategic plans and goals designed for the credit union. This individual will be proactive in developing policies, procedures, and systems to promote operational improvements as well as ensuring a sales and service culture is strengthened and maintained throughout the credit union with an emphasis on their areas of responsibility. Duties include monitoring and tracking metrics with the ability to provide solutions along with providing leadership and guidance to their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in a financial organization and five years in a senior management role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
