Community Credit Union of Florida Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Director of Finance and Analytics
The Woodlands, Texas (January 2019) – Community Credit Union of Florida, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, is seeking a Director of Finance and Analytics to join their team.
Reporting to the Vice President of Accounting and Finance, this role holds the responsibilities of leading and managing the credit union’s business intelligence functions, preparing, presenting, and interpreting financial reports, and providing value-added analysis of the credit union’s financial data. Other duties include ensuring the accuracy of data across multiple software solutions, developing adequate procedures to provide the basis for management decisions, and counseling management on fiscal control and the profitability of operations. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of ALM and interest rate risk. This talented individual must have exceptional leadership ability and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Seven years of financial service industry with progressive management experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is required.
