Community Credit Union of Florida Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Vice President of Retail Sales

The Woodlands, Texas (January, 2018) – Community Credit Union of Florida, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Vice President of Retail Sales.


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will be responsible for reviewing, planning, evaluating, and establishing the retail delivery and sales culture. This talented individual will oversee branch administration, retail delivery, the mortgage department, call center, including outbound calling, and sales initiatives. Duties consist of driving efficient processes in accordance with regulatory compliance by keeping up to date with policies, procedures, and regulations, and the incumbent will be in charge of meeting the goals and emerging needs of the organization for the aforementioned areas. The Vice President of Retail Sales must have strong leadership and collaboration skills along with excellent organization and time management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 7-10 years of progressive management experience, and 5-7 years of lending authority in the areas of consumer and mortgage lending.
