Community Credit Union of Florida Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Electronic Payments Manager
The Woodlands, Texas (March 2018) – Community Credit Union of Florida, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, is in search of a talented individual to fill the role of Electronic Payments Manager.
The Electronic Payments Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the credit union’s electronic payments and card services, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH, remote deposit capture, wire transfers, and share drafts. This talented manager will perform various activities related to these functions including: ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, researching, analyzing, and evaluating collected data regarding industry trends and product penetration, and communicating findings or recommendations for improvement of credit union products and services. The ideal candidate will be member-oriented, have progressive managerial experience, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education from a technical or trade school is preferred; or five or more years related experience in research, operations, e-commerce, and exceptional member service. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) preferred.
