CFCU Community Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit
The Woodlands, Texas (February 2018) – CFCU Community Credit Union, headquartered in Ithaca, NY, is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit.
Reporting to the Supervisory Committee/Chief Administration Officer, this position will be instrumental in assisting the credit union in achieving its chief objectives through a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving risk management, governance processes, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will guide the Board of Directors and Management in the effective discharge of their responsibilities by providing analysis of and recommendations to policies and procedures, internal controls, and reporting practices. This individual will be actively involved in the community as an ambassador of the credit union. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, CIA or CFE designation preferred along with five or more years auditing or risk advisory experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
