The incoming Executive will collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the credit union continues to remain financially sound and the strategic initiatives established by the credit union have been achieved. The President/CEO will bring a great deal of business and financial acumen to the position while providing enhanced member growth and participation while leveraging technology in order to continue to promote the credit union. This charismatic leader must possess strength in problem solving and human relations, coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills while continuing to promote the credit union’s brand within the community.
