Centra Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates To Conduct President/Chief Executive Officer Search

The Woodlands, Texas (June 2015) – Centra Credit Union, headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, is in search of a President/CEO who has a keen sense of strategy, innovation with a proven track record of success managing a large financial institution. The incoming Executive will collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the credit union continues to remain financially sound and the strategic initiatives established by the credit union have been achieved. The President/CEO will bring a great deal of business and financial acumen to the position while providing enhanced member growth and participation while leveraging technology in order to continue to promote the credit union. This charismatic leader must possess strength in problem solving and human relations, coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills while continuing to promote the credit union’s brand within the community. Candidates must have a minimum of seven to ten years of financial services experience in a senior level position or CEO role, preferably within the credit union industry. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution is required, advanced degree desired.
