Cardinal Credit Union of Mentor, Ohio Searching for a Chief Operating Officer
The Woodlands, Texas (February, 2017) – The Executive Recruiting Services of D. Hilton Associates have been enlisted by Cardinal Credit Union in the search for a talented Chief Operating Officer who will provide exceptional customer service to its membership through a variety of delivery channels, branches and Call Center.
The ideal candidate must have a strategic vision with the ability to identify and establish sales goals in order to enhance the product penetration within the Credit Union’s selected markets, while providing added value and excellent member service. Must bring a collaborative and motivational leadership style as well as experience in executing business plans in order to generate top performers within the areas of responsibility. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer will be a part of a dynamic senior executive team and assist in the formulation, development, implementation, and administration to the credit union’s policies and short term and long term business objectives. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least ten years of related experience with proven leadership as an executive or senior leader in a financial institution is required; Master’s degree preferred.
