Altura Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates, Inc. To Conduct Vice President of Compliance Search
The Woodlands, Texas (June 17, 2015) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. has been selected by Altura Credit Union in Riverside, California to conduct the search for a Vice President of Compliance.
The Vice President of Compliance is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing the credit union’s comprehensive compliance program. The ideal candidate will actively support and promote Altura Credit Union’s core values, statement of purpose, BHAG, strategies, and “Stakeholders” reward compensation model. To perform this job successfully, the candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic and, as a leader of the organization, act as a role model for Altura Credit Union’s leaders and staff. This position requires a strong knowledge of lending, insurance, BSA/AML and consumer regulations, as well as extensive experience in ERM and Vendor Management. The successful candidate will be a collaborative problem solver, with excellent critical thinking and communication skills, and the ability to understand and utilize complex technology tools. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting, or finance, is required.
