Achieva Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates, Inc. To Conduct Chief Compliance Officer Search

The Woodlands, Texas (July 23, 2014) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. has been chosen to assist Achieva Credit Union in their search to fill the position of Chief Compliance Officer.

Under the direction of Janice Shisler, Senior Vice President of Recruiting, the team at D. Hilton will conduct an extensive nationwide search for the position. The D. Hilton team will present only the most qualified, select candidates for the position by looking to a variety of resources both within the credit union industry, as well as complementary professions. To date, D. Hilton has conducted successful searches for credit unions nationwide and has been employed by 95% of the largest CUs in the country to fill executive management positions.

Achieva Credit Union was founded in 1937 with $99.25 to serve seven teachers in Pinellas County. By 1985, Achieva Credit Union expanded its member base beyond teachers and became community chartered to serve all of Pinellas County. In 2009, Achieva Credit Union merged with Sarasota Coastal Credit Union and gained five more branch locations, growing their membership to over 150 coastal miles and seven Florida counties.
