The Woodlands, Texas (November, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates is searching for a Vice President of Services & Solutions to inspire an exceptional sales culture at ABNB Federal Credit Union of Chesapeake, Virginia by motivating staff and providing leadership throughout the organization.

This individual will serve as a vital source in the development of client partnerships, while ensuring the goals of member services are executed through coaching, accountability, and the use of modern technology. Essential responsibilities include the engagement in retention and talent acquisition, performance management, and marketing consultation. The chosen candidate will also ensure the organization is in compliance with regulations on an on-going basis and will implement marketing strategies through partnerships with products and sales. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 – 15 years of similar or related experience. A Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
