Vice President of Information Technology
Xplore Federal Credit Union is in search of an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join their team as the Vice President of Information Technology. Reporting to the President/CEO, this position will lead the IT department to meet the credit union’s strategic goals and enhance the excellent service to members. Other duties will include implementation and maintenance of current systems in place, directing and coordinating activities of the IT team, and providing technology leadership and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have in-depth IT field experience, including cyber security, and be able to adapt to the credit union’s culture, systems, and environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; and five years’ experience in IT is required.
