Chief Strategy Officer

Position Summary
Wright-Patt Credit Union is looking for a seasoned executive with a strong strategy orientation to join their team as Chief Strategy Officer. Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will have leadership and executive responsibility for assisting the CEO with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. As a member of the executive leadership team, this role will focus on both the development of strategy as well as the execution thereof. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration is required, Masters preferred. At least 10 years of strategic leadership experience in financial services, preferably credit unions, is required along with a minimum of 5 years experience in credit union leadership, including experience managing and leading high-level supervisors.

Wright-Patt Credit Union came to be in the early 1930’s, when workers at Wright Field in Dayton Ohio decided to chip in 25¢ a week to help an ailing co-worker and his struggling family. Recognizing a great idea, they later took a quarter each payday to create a fund for fellow workers who might also one day need help.
