Position Summary
Veridian Credit Union is looking for a knowledgeable executive to lead the credit union in the role of Chief Operating Officer. This position will be responsible for developing the strategic direction for the divisions of Lending, Marketing, and Branches at the credit union. The position provides leadership by articulating each division’s needs and plans to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors, as well as ensuring each department understands and works toward the credit union’s strategic plan and goals. A Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred. A minimum of seven years of management experience within the credit union or retail banking industry is required.
