Chief Lending Officer
Vantage West Credit Union, is looking to hire a Chief Lending Officer to lead the Credit Union in achieving maximum profitability while delivering an exceptional level of service in delivering products and services to Members. This position is responsible for implementing and executing strategies in first mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending products, while maintaining a sound loan portfolio. Other duties include maintaining regulatory compliance; responding to industry trends; utilizing suitable risk management strategies, including concentration risk limits, in pricing products and retention of loans. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent work experience along with 10 years of lending or loan administration experience with a minimum of 2 years of commercial lending experience, including five years at an executive level executing strategic plans required, MBA preferred.
