Chief Lending Officer

Position Summary
USC Credit Union is searching for a seasoned lending executive to join their team in the role of Chief Lending Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO this position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of USCCU’s direct and indirect consumer, mortgage, commercial, and education loan programs as well as its lending related compliance, pricing, production, servicing, secondary marketing, and CUSO functions. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion and commitment to the service ideals of the cooperative credit union movement. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of progressive lending practices and principles. A Bachelors degree is required, along with at least 10 years of relevant lending management experience in the financial industry.
