Director of Consumer Lending
University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union (UKFCU) is looking to hire a Director of Consumer Lending. Reporting to the Vice President of Lending, this position will be responsible for the oversight of consumer lending operations to ensure achievement of UKFCU’s objectives and strategies. This role will provide training, coaching, oversight, and direction of the consumer loan origination, underwriting, processing, funding, post-closing, portfolio risk, asset recovery, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership by promoting teamwork, staff development, exceptional member service, and recognition of staff accomplishments. College degree or equivalent, along with seven to ten years of similar or related experience, including underwriter experience is required.
