Chief Technology Officer
United Heritage Credit Union is in search of a Chief Technology Officer to join their team. This position is tasked with establishing the long- and short-term IT and systems objectives and goals as well as any initiatives to shape the credit union’s long-term future. This role will be responsible for developing, directing, and controlling the organization’s technology operations to ensure safety, security, scalability, flexibility, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for the credit union’s technology, core systems, infrastructure management, data and cyber security, network communications, and IT disaster recovery. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related field along with seven to ten years of demonstrated information technology and systems leadership experience is required. MBA or other advanced degree and at least seven years of senior management-level experience preferred.
