Chief Lending Officer
Position Summary
United Heritage Credit Union is looking for an experienced lending executive to join their team as Chief Lending Officer. Overseeing the Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, and Residential Real Estate Lending, this role is responsible for developing, directing, and controlling the lending programs and lending operations to ensure maximum volume, appropriate profit, and minimal delinquency ratio is achieved. Other duties include developing strategies, policies, and objectives, as well as maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Real Estate, or other related field along with seven to ten years of demonstrated lending leadership experience in a credit union/bank setting required. MBA or advanced degree, NMLS, and at least seven years of senior management-level experience preferred. Experience overseeing CUSO operations preferred.
