Position Summary

UNIFY Financial Credit Union is hiring a seasoned executive to fill the newly created role of Chief Operations Officer. Reporting to the President/CEO, this role will be responsible for the Credit Union’s member-facing functions, including the multi-state branch network, call center, card services and insurance and wealth management services. Additional responsibilities include the development and implementation of a robust sales and service culture, providing intuitive products through outstanding and consistent member service across all delivery channels. This individual will evaluate multiple lines of business and products, identifying gaps and areas for increased satisfaction and success. The COO will also oversee UNIFY’s business banking program (including cannabis banking). The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring product and branch profitability, identifying efficiencies, and working cross-departmentally to better serve the membership. Ten (10) years of executive management experience in a financial institution is required, as well as five (5) years overseeing retail delivery through various channels across multiple states and markets. A bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree preferred.
