Vice President of Finance
UNCLE Credit Union is searching for a finance executive to join their team as Vice President of Finance. This role will oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Treasury functions and help to create the financial strategy of the credit union. Other duties include; develop, implement, and maintain finance related systems; timely and accurate preparation of financial, management, regulatory, and tax related agency reports; annual budget development and ongoing variance analysis. This position will coordinate the daily operations of the finance functions and manage the credit union’s investments and borrowings as well as oversee the secondary market activities and ensure all activities are aligned with liquidity, interest rate risk, and income objectives of the credit union. The successful candidate will serve as a member of the ALCO and oversee preparation of ALM reports, trends, and analyses. A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited college is required, CPA certificate or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or closely related field is desired.
