Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
TruMark Financial Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources executive to join their team in the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Reporting to the EVP, COO, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Human Resources function for the credit union. Main focus will be policy and organizational development, recruitment and retention, compensation administration, employee benefits, employee relations, performance appraisal programs, counseling, orientation, and employee training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of credit union operations, policies, regulations, and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or business related field is required, along with a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in the human resources field and training and development within the financial services industry.

Nearby, Philadelphia offers a unique setting with an eclectic mix of modern lifestyles, both edgy and sophisticated. History and art are pervasive in the city. With an array of art galleries, music venues, and theatres, as well as the nation’s oldest art museum, culture is well established. Small public parks are interspaced throughout Philadelphia, bringing welcome relief from the daily rush. Living in Philly is affordable.
