President/Chief Executive Officer
TruEnergy Federal Credit Union has begun its search for a strategic executive to lead the credit union as its new President/Chief Executive Officer. In collaboration with the Board and the executive leadership team, this position will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s strategic plan and the respective initiatives, goals, and objectives required to achieve that plan. The CEO will be responsible for maintaining the credit union’s financial health and stability, and for ensuring that the organization is adhering to all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, outstanding leadership qualities, possess the ability to inspire and motivate peers and colleagues, and have a deep passion for providing exceptional customer service. TruEnergy Federal Credit Union is committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive work environment. Seven to ten years of progressive management experience at a financial institution is required. A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
