Position Summary
Transportation Federal Credit Union is in need of a seasoned executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. This individual will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the credit union, with the objective of ensuring financial stability commensurate with the best interests of the members; and establishing short-term and long-range objectives, plans, and policies subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will be service oriented and a visionary, possess strong business acumen and the ability to prudently make decisions, have a thorough understanding of credit union operations and regulations, and be ready to represent the credit union within the community. At least ten years executive experience as CEO or second in command of a credit union or financial institution, a bachelor’s degree, and a CPA or MBA preferred.
