President/Chief Executive Officer
Teachers Federal Credit Union is in search of an experienced executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. This individual will be innovative, with a proven track record of leadership and success, and possess a solid understanding of credit union operations, policies, and regulations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide the strategic direction of the organization, while ensuring the financial health and stability of the credit union. As the face of the credit union, the CEO will promote the mission and vision of the organization and ensure the credit union continues to deliver excellent service and products to its membership. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and strategic thinking abilities, as well as solid financial and business acumen. This individual will a minimum of 15 years’ experience at an executive level within a financial institution with a proven track record of success. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
