Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development
Summit Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive to join their senior management team as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for the strategic direction of the credit union’s HR function and participate with the senior team on organizational planning and strategy. The SVP of HR and Organizational Development will oversee employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition, total rewards, including recognition and benefits programs, DEI, HR compliance and reporting, as well as organizational development, training, change management, payroll and HRIS. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial services, while staying up to date on best industry practices as it relates to State and Federal regulations. Summit Credit Union’s DEI strategy is an integral part of the organization, and the credit union is committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive work environment. A Bachelor’s, along with a minimum of five or more years of senior leadership experience and ten or more years of human resource experience is required. MBA, SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP certifications strongly preferred.
