Position Summary
Sharonview Federal Credit Union is searching for their next President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in tandem with the Board, this role assumes executive and leadership responsibilities for the credit union. These responsibilities include establishing strategic initiatives, achieving business goals, ensuring financial stability and overall member satisfaction. Duties include planning, analyzing, organizing, resourcing, and directing all aspects of the operations of the credit union; and executing approved policies consistent with the vision of the Board of Directors. In addition, the CEO leads the activities of the credit union to ensure a strong capital base, efficient delivery of services to members, short- and long-term profitability, equitable treatment, and development of staff; and maintains effective member relations. Bachelor’s degree or a related field is required, Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Ten or more years of related senior management experience with cross functional responsibility as a Vice President or higher position in financial service organizations, preferable in a Credit Union with assets of $1 Billion or higher.
