Position Summary
San Francisco Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced strategic leader to join their team as the Chief Operating Officer. This newly created role will report directly to the CEO and will collaborate with the senior management team in leading the credit union forward in key strategic and operational initiatives. The COO will be charged with overseeing multiple member delivery channels, implementing sales and service initiatives, and measuring these initiatives to ensure excellent member services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in a financial services organization in a senior management role. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Advanced certifications within areas of expertise required.
