Vice President of Retail Operations
Royal Credit Union (RCU) is seeking a qualified and adept Vice President of Retail Operations to join the organization’s retail team. Reporting to the Executive Vice President – Member Experience, this individual will be responsible and accountable for the sales performance, execution of service standards, and the operational integrity of RCU’s branch network. The VP of Retail will commit to ensuring consistent, flawless execution of standardized operating procedures throughout the branch network. This individual will ensure that all branches are operationally effective; sales and service standards are met, and are functioning safely and securely, and are compliant with all federal, state and credit union regulations. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, business acumen, leadership abilities, and must have a proven track record of perpetual organizational improvements. Further, this individual must be personally aligned with the values and culture of RCU; Royal Credit Union is member-centric, and as such, is here to create a positive impact in the lives of its membership. Bachelor’s Degree in related field with extensive experience in brand and customer transformation is preferred.
