Position Summary
Robins Financial Credit Union is in search of an experienced executive to fill the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. This position will lead and direct all credit union activities in accordance to policies as established by the Board of Directors. This seasoned executive will ensure the best interest of its members, employees, and the credit union by participating in the planning, recommending programs, policies, and providing general administrative direction. The ideal candidate must work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to lead the organization to continued growth and success. This individual must have a proven track record of excellence in financial services and be a strategic thinker with a solid financial and business acumen. A Bachelor’s degree in business related field with a minimum of ten years’ executive experience is required.
