Administrative IT Manager
Position Summary
Raiz Federal Credit Union is searching for an Administrative IT Manager. This position will assist the VP of Information Technology (IT) in organizing, planning, directing, and controlling the credit union’s electronic functions, including systems and programming, computer operations, phone operations, infrastructure, and related vendor relationships. Other responsibilities include establishing, implementing, and administering IT divisional policies and procedures, supporting future technological innovations and the development and implementation of the credit union’s IT strategic plan as well as disaster recovery planning and mitigation strategies. Other duties include monitoring of technical and processing priorities and methods, analyzing organization-wide technology requirements, staying abreast of industry changes, technology upgrades and optimizing systems. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required. A minimum of eight(8) years experience in information technology, along with five(5) years supervisory experience required. Understanding of credit union operations a plus.
