President/Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary
Torrance Community Credit Union seeks a well-rounded and dynamic executive to assume the President/Chief Executive Officer role at the start of 2024. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, the CEO will develop and execute the strategic direction and corresponding long- and short-term goals, while maintaining the stability and health of the credit union and building on its strong foundation. Through motivational, servant leadership and effective teamwork, the CEO will lead the credit union’s management team in providing exceptional service and products to its members, thereby ensuring growth and profitability. A bachelor’s is required, with a minimum of seven to ten years of management/executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.

Sixty years later, Torrance Community Credit Union prides itself on continuing to serve its members with all the same amenities as a big bank. From its humble beginnings, TCCU has grown to over $171 million in assets and serves 7,600 plus members. With a goal of providing its members with the best possible rates, exceptional member services, and progressive and innovative financial products in an ever-changing financial environment, the credit union remains an advocate for the financial well-being of its members.
