President/Chief Executive Officer
Piedmont Advantage Credit Union is currently searching for the next President/CEO to drive the organization into the future. The CEO will work with the Board of Directors to establish strategic plans, goals, and objectives. He or she will be charged with leading the credit union towards achieving those goals, maintaining and enhancing financial strength, and with ensuring conformance with all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader who can motivate, impart vision, build consensus, and drive organizational growth while sustaining superior member service. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred. The candidate must have at least ten years of executive leadership experience within the credit union or retail banking industries.
Piedmont Advantage Credit Union was founded in 1949 in Winston-Salem North Carolina, to serve employees of the quickly expanding Piedmont Airlines. The Credit Union has served their world-wide membership for multiple generations, while maintaining and enhancing its industry-leading services and pristine financial stability.
