Located in eastern Pennsylvania, Allentown is within 50 miles of Philadelphia, 90 miles of Harrisburg, and 90 miles of New York City. In April 2016, Allentown was named a “national success story” by the Urban Land Institute for its downtown redevelopment and transformation.
