Chief Lending Officer
People First Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Lending Officer to join their team. Reporting to the EVP-COO, this role will be responsible for growing the consumer and mortgage lending functions. This role will develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the lending program for the benefit of the membership and the credit union. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of progressive lending practices and principles. A Bachelors degree is required, along with at least 10 years of relevant lending management experience in the financial industry.
