Chief Revenue Officer

Position Summary
The Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (PCUA) is looking for a Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for their for-profit subsidiary, Pacul Services Inc. (PSI). Reporting directly to the President & CEO of PCUA, the Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategies and tactics to enhance the market position of PSI and grow revenue. The CRO will lead a first-in-class team to achieve annual growth goals and develop innovative business solutions for the credit union industry. The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of credit unions, and the unique trends and problems they face today and may face in the future. The CRO will offer and implement first-to-market ideas to help maintain PCUA and PSI as industry leaders. Candidates must have a high business acumen, with seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience in business development and five (5) years of supervising individuals and managing teams. A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
