President/Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary
Penn East Federal Credit Union is seeking a well-rounded financial executive to lead the organization as its next President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, this role will be is responsible for all business activities including policy development, staffing, budget, operations, planning, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Collaborating with the Board the ideal candidate will collaborate on the establishment and execution of the strategic plan and financial stability corresponding with the best interests of the members, the employees, and the credit union as a whole. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as proven success in leadership, organization growth, succession planning, and Board relationship experience. Ten (10) years of management experience in financial services and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
