President/Chief Executive Officer
Pen Air Federal Credit Union is in need of a seasoned executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. In accordance with the plans and policies established with the Board of Directors, this person will direct the overall operations of the credit union with the objective of ensuring and/or improving financial stability, establishing short- and long-term goals, maintaining and managing a highly qualified staff, and providing the best service and projects to the membership. The ideal candidate will be motivating, a team-builder, have exceptional interpersonal communication skills and key contacts within the industry, and represent the credit union within the community. At least 15 years’ similar or related experience and Bachelor’s degree required. Industry specific professional certifications preferred.
Pen Air Federal Credit Union, founded in 1936 to serve civil service and military employees, is now the largest and oldest credit union in Pensacola. Today, the full-service credit union has opened membership to include any active duty or retired military, civil service employees, numerous SEG groups, and any family members of those categories.
