Vice President of Business Lending
Position Summary
Pen Air Credit Union is seeking a strategic executive to fill the role of Vice President of Business Lending. Reporting directly to the CLO, this position will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Business Lending for Pen Air Credit Union. Including product development, application, processing, underwriting, and settlement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive lending experience working in the areas of commercial real estate, mortgage, business lending, and credit loan operations. A minimum of 5 years of management experience within the financial services industry, and 2 years in a senior leadership capacity. Master’s degree preferred.
