Chief Financial Officer
Partner Colorado Credit Union seeks a dynamic and seasoned executive to lead the credit union in the role of the Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will oversee the areas of finance, lending, collections, and investments striving for results and excellence in all areas of responsibilities. Working with and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will be responsible for achieving the accounting goals and objectives included in the strategic plan, maintaining the credit union’s financial health and wellbeing, and for ensuring the conformance with all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate must have a collaborative management style, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong initiative, leadership and motivational skills. Experience with Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs) and applicable accounting skills are highly desired. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of executive experience within the credit union or retail banking industry are required. Public speaking experience is preferred. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred.
