President/Chief Executive Officer
Partner Colorado Credit Union seeks a dynamic and seasoned executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/ Chief Executive Officer while collaborating with the Board of Directors to provide the credit union’s membership with first class products and services. The ideal candidate will be progressive and possess compelling leadership abilities to lead, manage, and develop the organization’s diverse workforce. The President/ CEO will be responsible for working with the Board to develop and successfully execute upon a robust strategic plan to ensure the continued successful financial performance of the credit union, while maintaining compliance with all applicable State and Federal guidelines. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of executive experience within the credit union or retail banking industry are required. Advanced degrees/certifications and experience with complex Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs) are preferred.
