Vice President, Business Intelligence
Pacific Service Credit Union is looking to hire a Vice President, Business Intelligence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the credit union’s BI strategy. The role will provide overall operational direction and oversight of the credit union’s BI journey. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and executing a data and information strategy to provide the highest level of data insights and actionable analytics to the organization. The position will work closely with senior leadership to set the vision and roadmap, lead strategic change, and drive delivery of BI solutions in alignment with the credit union’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in executing BI operations in alignment with organizational strategies, effective leadership and project management, building trust across the organization, and strong strategic, analytic, and critical thinking skills. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Mathematics, Statistics or related field required. MBA or MS in a business analytics or quantitative field preferred. Ten years’ progressive experience in information technology management with five years’ experience in a management capacity required; knowledge of the financial services industry and regulations governing privacy and cybersecurity required. Previous leadership experience with data warehouse or CRM systems required.
