President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
ORNL Federal Credit Union is searching for a strategic and visionary executive to lead the organization as its next President/Chief Executive Officer. This position will provide entrepreneurial leadership while establishing a solid foundation for the overall strategic direction of the credit union. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this role will implement and coordinate internal controls to ensure all operational activities have met regulatory requirements and will be responsible for establishing key strategic initiatives and objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a great deal of business and financial acumen to the position, along with strong management and leadership skills and abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Advanced degree desired. Ten to fifteen years of financial services experience in a senior level position, preferably within the credit union industry, is required.
