President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
Oregon State Credit Union is searching for its next President/Chief Executive Officer, as the current long-term President/Chief Executive Officer plans to retire. This executive will work in partnership with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to develop the organization’s strategic plan aligning with the needs of the membership. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and achieving major organizational objectives, providing direction of credit union activities, ensuring long-term financial stability, and measuring the results. The chosen candidate will be a steward of the credit union’s culture, by encouraging an environment of transparency, innovation, and collaboration, as well as continually developing an effective and engaged Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and possess a track record in successfully growing a financial institution. A bachelor’s degree in is required, as well as seven to ten years of executive experience within the credit union or retail banking industry. Advanced degree preferred.
