Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union is in search of a strategic executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in collaboration with the Board of Directors, this individual will oversee all credit union activities and be responsible for achieving the overall goals and objectives established in the strategic plan. This individual should be strategic and innovative, with a proven track record of leadership and success, and will possess a solid understanding of credit union operations, policies, and regulations. The ideal candidate will lead organizational change while building consensus and providing exceptional member service. The mission and vision of the credit union should resonate with the chosen executive, both professionally and personally. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field is required, CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry.
