Director of Operations
Spectra Credit Union is in need of a qualified individual to lead the credit union in the role of Director of Operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position involves an array of responsibilities and oversight to include, Card Services, Items Processing, RDC, ATM settlement, Mail processing, Operations, Escheatment, IRA processing, ACH, Collateral and Titles, Facilities, Member Solutions, and Project Management. The Director of Operations ensures consistency and focus of operations throughout the organization. This position is responsible for creating and sustaining a culture of operational excellence within the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in the financial services industry.
