Position Summary
Neighbors Federal Credit Union is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Chief Operations Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for the credit union’s branch operations, member service call center, and the lending functions. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will assist in the strategic planning process, and achieving the credit union’s long and short-term goals and objectives and maintaining the organization’s financial health and stability. This individual will lead their team to promote high levels of services by choosing and delivering products and services that align with the credit union’s vision and the memberships’ needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A Bachelors’ degree and ten or more years of experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.
