President/Chief Executive Officer
Neighbors Credit Union is in search of a President/CEO with a proven track record of success to lead and provide a strategic vision for the future of the credit union. This executive will direct the overall operations of the credit union to ensure financial stability while maintaining the best interests of the members. The incoming President/CEO will establish short-term and long-range objectives, plans, and policies in accordance with the Board of Directors and will continue the solid legacy of the credit union’s success. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience driven by member value and the ability to build on success. This position requires compelling business instincts, effective communication between staff and members, and extraordinary leadership skills. The CEO will require a high level of personal integrity, a superior understanding of the financial industry, and the credit union industry in order to provide first class member service. A Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field is required, MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry.
