Chief Lending Officer
Neighbors Credit Union is search of an established Lending executive to join their team in the role of Chief Lending Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will oversee and lead the strategic direction of all lending operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, be very hands-on, a team leader, financially savvy, creative, strategic, and self-motivated with visionary leadership skills to ensure continued financial performance and loan portfolio growth. A Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration required, along with 7-10 years of progressive lending experience.
