Position Summary
Missouri Central Credit Union is on the lookout for a successful executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in conjunction with the Board of Directors, this executive will have the responsibility for creating a strategic plan and achieving the goals and objectives set forth in said plan, maintaining the financial health and stability of the credit union, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will be a solid and inspirational leader, a team builder, and should be able to foster organizational change while building consensus within the credit union. A Bachelor’s degree is required.. A minimum of seven to ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry required.
