Position Summary
Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union is seeking a visionary leader with a member- centric approach to fill the role of CEO. This executive will develop an innovative strategic plan in conjunction with the Board of Directors, with the objectives of building upon the Credit Union’s track record of success and driving growth into the future, while ensuring financial stability. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, extensive business and financial acumen, along with collaborative skills, creativity, and compassion. A minimum of ten years of progressive senior leadership experience within a large, complex financial institution is required. A bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
