Vice President of Human Resources
Langley Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources executive to join their team as Vice President of Human Resources. This role will have a seat at the leadership table and report directly to the CEO. This position will be responsible for the overall HR function, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, HR compliance, organizational development, as well as staff development and training. The successful candidate will exhibit exemplary strategic, planning, advisory, decision making, and collaboration skills to build a strong team. This individual will be an advocate for their team, exemplify and drive the culture of the organization. A Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three to five years in a senior or management level human resources role is required.
